Section 122
Disposition versions
122. A producer must provide to the designated management body, annually and within the time it indicates, the quantity, by weight, for each type of material and, when the materials are plastic, for each type of resin, of the materials entering into the composition of the containers, packaging and printed matter that the producer commercializes, markets or otherwise distributes or uses to commercialize, market or otherwise distribute a product.
A producer must also provide to the designated management body, within the time it indicates, all the documents and information other than those referred to in the first paragraph that the body requests to allow it to perform its responsibilities and obligations pursuant to this Regulation.
